Providing seafood broth ramen. not oily but very tasty

Delicious shio ramen, the shellfish soup is to fall for and so are the 3 different meat toppings, the veggies and the simmered egg. The shoyu ramen is excellent too, but I would recommend the shio over it as it highlights the shellfish flavors in the soup better!

09.14.2024: what an interesting ramen shop , they are playing rap song and video in a transitional deco ramen shop.. I had their signature ramen JPY 1450, taste good but super impressive, worth to try once unless you love having ramen with rap :)

Discovered this amazing ramen spot thanks to a TV show that raved about their Shio Ramen. It's a cozy place, fitting about 10 people at a time, which meant I waited for over 10 minutes to get in. If you're in a rush, you might want to check out another place. But trust me, the wait is worth it for the delicious taste. Shio Ramen is a bit unique, especially here since the Shio (salt) is derived from clams, offering a distinctive flavor that stands apart from Tonkotsu or Soy Sauce-based ramen. I tried their Tsukemen as well, and it was fantastic. Though not located in the city center, it's a must-visit if you're near Hounanchou. Don't miss out!

Very well balanced clam ramen with different kinds of toppings. Go for shio or Shoyu and take the tokusei option

Really great clam based broth. Ramen is fantastic with thin noodles matching the lightness of the broth. Really enjoyed the clam rice bowl which you can eat with the leftover soup poured in. Seating is quite spacious, but does take a while for the bowl to be made as each one is made to order.

It tasted like the seashore had been served to you. Unlike other ramen this dipping ramen make you experience sea ramen. Important: When finished the dipping ramen say "Sumimasen, owari desu, soup onegaishimasu" they will give you a soup to add to left over dipping sauce and now you can enjoy mixed soup.
